Your house price is fixed. Ocean freight is its own line, priced by destination, and locked in when you pay your deposit.

Ocean freight from the factory to your nominated port, fully insured for the voyage. Port handling, customs clearance and transport from the port to your land are arranged locally and we help you plan them.
Galvanised steel frame, marine-grade finishes and double-glazed aluminium windows as standard. The Cyclone Ready package is available for high-wind zones.

Australian sites need council approval and a foundation to the engineer's design. We supply drawings, the asbestos-free NATA test report and CE certification for your certifier, and the Cyclone Ready package is available for northern cyclone regions.
Single-storey homes go up in under an hour with four workers and hand tools. Connect power and water, then move in.
