Ocean freight from the factory to your nominated port, fully insured for the voyage. Port handling, customs clearance and transport from the port to your land are arranged locally and we help you plan them.
Cyclone-rated engineering, aluminium shutters on every window, roof tie-down, galvanised frame with underfloor bracing and engineered anchor plates. We recommend it for most sites in this region.

Homes land at Avatiu on Rarotonga. Your local builder pours the slab or piers to our drawings, and transport from the port to your section is arranged locally. Delivery to the outer islands is quoted separately.
Single-storey homes go up in under an hour with four workers and hand tools. Connect power and water, then move in.
